 no I didn't sign anything , and when I asked what policy I broke, they have no answers other then , I should of disclosed the surrender of california, no where in the policy does it state about other states, only if you have a felony and or misdemeanor.

On top of it, I called IPN to see whats taking so long, and they said the doctor hasn't sent his report yet, my eval was on 2/13
