Well sort of. It was about egg donation and they were offering $45,000 each. Turns out they harvested on of the womens ovaries. It was called "Shock" by Dean Koontz I think.

Anyway, I think it is immoral to "pay for" any type of body parts. Arms, Legs, Kidney's, egg's or even sperm.
Advertising in a college newspaper is sketchy because of the right to speech and the advertisment in a forum that targets cash strapped "teenagers". I am sure that they take a "Planned Parenthood" type of approach to it and do not properly show both sides of the issue.
