Crap! I totally forgot about rent. I need to go pay it today! I was so thrilled about having a week off that it slipped my mind!

I'm loving the slipcover! It stays on!!! And, for the first time since I've had this couch, the cushions are staying on! It was spendy, but I'm glad I splurged. Of course they put the same style...but in faux suede...on sale for $80 yesterday. Not this one, though. Maybe they'll do it in the next couple of weeks. I'm not holding my breath.

I thought of doing the sage, then decided I didn't want both my bedroom and livingroom done in greens. The denim is dark, but it should stand up to the kids better than a faux suede would!

I also found a remote for $10 at WalMart. I told the kids that the old one is theirs...they are NOT to touch this one for any reason!

I have to...steam clean the carpet again today! Just two spots, but still, damn! Teiguen spilled some soda. They "cleaned it up", but last night I realized it was swarming with ants! Then, Liam wanted to use the foot spa and managed to spill some water. I tried to clean it up, but it left a ring. UGH.

Our other plans for the day are the grocery store...visiting Ardy...and getting tickets for the Royals for tomorrow night.

I guess I'd better get going, eh????
