We found our dream home today. I never thought the day would come that my dh would actually say, "this is it," so I've been sitting on my butt instead of getting this house ready to go on the market!! ;)

For those of you who have BTDT, help me out w/some ideas for easy/quick/cheap things to do to get our house to sell quick.

Right now I'm just working on decluttering the basement/office (though a steam shovel would be more efficient) and starting to work on the closets. The biggest job here will be to declutter. We have a full decade's worth of JUNK in this house. ;)
