I have pasted this to its own message to try and draw more attention to this situation (hope you don't mind Susan).
It may be time to try other avenues to remedy this situation for these poor horses (all opinions welcomed)

Most of these horses are still there...
they are all thin, wormey, have lice and are wild,
and to top it off the owner wants $400 each...
if you want to know anymore information on them,

Have a hard think about this problem and let us know what your remedy would be.(Please keep the language nice)
