What is the most important thing for children? Is it a university degree and/or a professional skill? Can these things guarantee a stable job, sense of security and happiness? I am sorry to say "no".

Children need to feel being loved by parents. They have confidence when they know their parents will be proud of them even when they fail all exams. Being loved, happy, confident, healthy and compassionate are real indicators of success, not how much you earn and how high your qualification is. A lot of rich people and professionals are living a miserable life.

It is important to encourage children to learn but not showing them that "your mom will be very disappointed if you fail to win the other kids or if you are stupid".
Love and respect are unconditional.

Smiles of children can make people forget all troubles. We can appreciate with them a world where you can see blue sun and a green sky, hear colour and see music.
