 Cure for hiccups:
there are many ways! these are only a few ways, though.
1. sing a loud annoying song in front of elders
2. eat 17 bowls of hotroot soup without stopping, then wait 2 minutes before drinking anything.

cure for newbie flood
go an' make friends with all the newbies! they won't seem so new anymore!!!
