Cure:
step #1) hide somewhere where you can't hear the other dibbuns screamin'!
step #2) go in the abbey grounds and walk (NOT run)
step #3) talk to a friend (QUIETLY!) I would suggest talking to an ELDER friend, as dibbuns tend to be very noisy!
step #4) drink a whole barrel of starwberry fizz as fast as you can

and, if all else fails...
horror of horrors! TAKE A NAP!
