Cure for Beautiful Cleanlyness: Simplely rush into the mud! Lather yourself up and become ugly and dirty!
"Ingreidiants": Mud. Lots of mud.

Cure for Scrawnyness: Eat, eat, eat, eat, eat!!! Next, you will be using this next cure to help you!
"Ingreidiants": TONS OF FOOD! (and I mean really mean: TONS)

Cure for Fatness: Its simple: Don't keep eating!!! How much do I have to tell you, the only way to stay thin is to eat less!
"Ingreidiants": Nothing, exept for a weight so heavy that you cannot move it and plenty of rope to tie yourself to it with.

Cure for an Itchy Back: Rub it on the Abbot/Abbess's big easy-chair! For extra pleasure, roll in the mud or dirt first.
"Ingreidiants": 1 Abbot/Abbess's big easy-chair, dirt & water (to make mud, if there isn't any)

Cure for Restlessness: RUN! RUN EVERYWHERE, AROUND THE POND, ABBEY, OR UP AND DOWN THE GREAT HALL!
"Ingreidiants": 1 Redwall Abbey.
CAUTION: DO not run down the dormitory stairs, you will fall and get hurt!
