The Pricklybush is a type of nettle that's thorns are a shade of violet. It has a long scientific name that means poisionous rose. If you ever have the misfortune to get stung, you will realize that where the Pricklybush hit you, it has turned pinkish purple with a tint of green. An Abbeybeast needs to report to the infirmary as soon as he/she sees these signs. Pricklybushes are poisonous.
Pricklybushes should be treated with a bowl of nettle broth mixed with minced thyme. The ingury should be weighted down with a dressing of regular healing herbs. DO NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH ITCHING! IT WILL MAKE IT WORSE!
Once the wound has been in the dressing for exactly three days, an hour, and thirteen minutes, remove it carefully and try to get the thorn out. Anything done before this time will make the wound worse.
Make sure the patient doesn't move the injured part until the greenish tint is gone from the wound. It should be a dark purple when this happens.
