Okay, here are the ingrediants:

One pound of goldenrod
A pot full of water
A pestle and morter

Instructions:
1. Put the pot of water on a stove and boil it.
2. Take the pestle and morter and the goldenrod and pound the goldenrod until it is just goldrod dust
3. Put the goldenrod dust in the pot of water and stir. Stir for 2 hours, then pour the goldenrod water in a cup. Add sugar, drink, and you're over your cold
