Ingredients:
1. One cup of Water, just plain old water
2. Ten pinches of salt

Utensils:
1. Cup/Goblet
2. Spoon or something to stir with

Directions:
1. Pour the water into the cup/goblet
2. Add the salt
3. Stir for one minute
4. Gurgle the water for around ten to fifteen seconds. But don't swallow! YUCK!!
5. Spit out water

You're throat should feel normal after that! Repeat if nessicary.
