Right first you have to go in to Mossflower woods and get the fattest freash water shrimp
some cress
button mushrooms
and in the abbys garden find
leeks
and rotten cabbage
and squeeze
and one pint of lemon juice
mix em all together
cover with rubarb leaf
and boil for 1 hour
and then the worst bit GIVE IT TO THE SNEEZING HARES <RABBITS MICE OR WHAT EVER ANIMAL BUT NEVER GIVE TO BADGERS
IT MAKES THEM SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!
