First you will need some sea salt a knife and a fire. Ok first you pour a half cup of sea salt down the wound (sea salt helps clean wounds) then you take the knife and put it in the fire till it turns RED hot then you hold it down on the wound and smother it wait till the skin has melted back into place then let it heal. (this is may be very painful and is a real treatment).
