1. Well, first get whoever fell in out. Don't fall in yourself by flattening your body across the ice and crawling out towards them. This keeps your wait evened out over the ice.
2. Wrap the dibbun who fell in in a warm fuzzy blanket and get them back to the abbey as soon as possible.
3. Warm them up by the fire and give them something warm to drink, like tea or cider.
4. Check them all over to make sure they didn't get frostbite. If they did, soak the frost bitten part in luke warm water.
