This is one I discovered myself when I was still in the care of my mother and father.

1. Find yourself a lucky toy or blanket. Keep it with you always. It will never hurt you, will always listen to you, and will always love you

2. Hug your mama. Nothing takes the lonelyness outa your heart like a cuddle.

3. Always believe there are beasts out in the world who love you.

4. Treats. Eat sweets, and fruit. Yes fruit. Fruit keeps you healthy, and still taste's good. Apples are wonderful.

5. Sing. Singing lifts your spirits and, if you have a wonderful voice like my mama did, everyone loves to hear it.

The last two are also good for bad temper.
