Here are the ingridients you will need:

1. stong october ale
2. meadow cream
3. ripe strawberries

First mix the three ingreidients in a large bowl. Pour them in to a large mug. Make sure the recipie is warm while drinking.

To cure the weak minded put them in a small room with pillows and blankets so they are comfotable. Light lavender and make the paitent drink thr remedy. Soon they will fall asleep. In a dream a figure will appear. That of Martin The Warrior. He will say all he needs to say pending on the paitent. The paitent should wake up with a new perspedtive on life.
