All you need is an apple, and lots of honey. First of all, you must kidnap the Friar so you get the whole kitchen to yourself. Then...
1) Cut about 1/4 off the top of the apple. Core it, so you get an 'apple cup'. Stew the cored fruit *not the 'cup'* until it's soft.
2)While the apple is stewing, get out as much runny honey you want, and add a bit of water. Then pour some into the 'cup'.
3) Once the stewed fruit is soft, drain out the water and dump it into the cup. Then pour the rest of the honey into it. Add a cherry and dig in!
