Ingredents: One bowl of warm nettle soup, a large plate of cakes, and a beaker of spring water.

Method: Put a tray in front of the elder who won't eat. On the tray place plate of cakes and the spring water. Hold the nettle soup in your hand. Tell the elder that he must eat the cakes and drink the water or else (take a step tward him) you will pour the nettle soup down his/her throat whether he/she likes it or not. You will never have seen anyone eat the food faster than that elder (not even a hare).
