The Speckle Faced Squirrel Disease can be spotted easily. If a dibbun is seen itching his or her right paw constantly, and his or her face feels hot, then it is most likely this disease. However, you will know for sure when their fur begins to become many shades lighter in random sploches around their temples or cheeks (if the squirrel is a very pale or their fur is light, then the shade will actually darken until reaching an almost black state).

Isolate the infected squirrel from the rest of the squirrel dibbuns before the rest of them can catch the disease. It usually takes about two days for the illness to move on to the contagious stage. Once the dibbun is isolated, mix the following dry ingredients in a beechwood bowl:
- One Tablespoon Crushed Strawberry Seeds (fresh if possibly)
- One Cup Breadcrumbs
- Two Tablespoons Of Flour
- 10 Crushed Dandilion Leaves (must have been dried for at least half a season)

Toss the ingredients until the mixture is mostly brown, but speckled with white and black with faint streaks of green through the mixture. Once those are mixed together, set the bowl aside. Now, mix together a beaker of:
- 5 Tablespoons Rosewater
- 3 Tablespoons Mint Tea

Put two cups of water into the bowl of dry ingredents and stir until all lumps dissappear. If needed, add more water. This process should take no more than ten minutes. After this is done, feed the sick squirrel a few spoonfulls of the strawberry seed mixture, and sponge his or her face with the rosewater and mint tea in the beaker earlier prepared. Keep them isolated until the next morning. If they are still ill, repeat this process. If they are truly ill with the speckle faced squirrel disease, then they should be cured in no more than a week.
