Haven't tried the facebook thing yet and may not bother.
This site is still a good one though with the added steps when posting is less convenient than it used to be.

We were doing OK here at least up till the election when things got a bit hot and heavy and a lot of people began putting in linked inserts. Not to complain of course but there were times when the page took forever to download as it spooled up for the vids etc. If you have high speed internet it is most likely not a problem but with dialup or dsl it can be an annoying time warp.

As usual a lot of people who came here in the past got chased away by the usual sniping and so it is less used than it once was. However if enough people come back and begin using it in the way it was intended to get all us FC community people back in communication it can be as good or better than it used to be.

I also miss a lot of the cross talk and interaction , the stories and thoughts about the olde school and all that once was common here.

Still check in from time to time and see if anyone is popping back in and starting something worth the time and effort to engage in.

Hope things down your way are better than they are up here in taxland number ( fill in your own choice ). If we all get through this period it will be a real populist victory.

Now about that thought on whipping inflation ......
