Subject: Rear axel width?

Just through the grapevine, not going to mention any names but dad and I were told that there is a possibility that the new width for the rear axel will be 52 inches instead of 48 inches. Well I was told at the last meeting that the rules were already set, we can't change them now!!!!!!!!! So if that's the case why don't we make the multi's take their adjustable knobs off if they wanna run wingless. What's fair is fair, if you want to change a rule then I DO TOO! Thanks, Kirk
P.S. if anyone has any input feel free to answer however you want! This is just the way i feel about the whole situation.
