"Oh no you don't!!" Ser said as a shadowy hand sprang from behind the wall to grasp her leg. She unholstered her plasma rifle and placed the setting onto level twelve, the highest and most explosive. Again, the being reached out to grab her...aiming carefully Serendipity blasted away relentlessly at the jumper's hand. It fizzled and hissed and retracted, retreating back into the building through a pipe in the roof.
"If we can get them to follow us, we might be able to trap them in the alley, then you unleash you gun and bring the buildings down on them. Its the best I got." she heard Avon say over all of the fire arms going off and whatnot...
"Well, it seems as though its the best any of us have got..." she called over,"I'll herd some of the creatures that are over here to your location...if I get a chance, I'll tell anyone else I see the same thing. Hopefully they will follow you two."
Planting her feet firmly on the rooftop, Ser took her stand and was unwilling to move from it, even if threatened by the silhoutte jumpers. Looking through the small laser sight on the LXM, Ser widened the scope's intake so that it took in a radius of three hundred feet,"Hope this works...it'll work just like...like...oh shit...I dunno...it just better work," keeping the setting at twelve, she pulled the trigger, letting loose a steady stream of bright yellow laser remnents, covering almost the whole width of the roof, sweeping just under the shadow creatures positions.
