Hypothetically speaking... A list of buyers for dogs not yet produced would be flattering to say the least. IF Hyppothetically speaking I was planning to breed again in the near future I'd assure them that they can put the money for a deposit down as soon as a breeding has been done and puppies are on the way...

Hypothetically speaking...if I wasn't planning a litter (breeding mostly for myself and for the breed specifically) and I've got my hands full and don't need to add to MY yard/Kennel then I'd point those buyers to other breeders who may have a litter on the ground or expected litter of the same caliber of pups (to place myself higher than ANYONE else in ANY feild would be un-realistic and vain). I'm sure the breeders I'd recommend would have equal quality dogs as myself to get to these buyers.

There's no reason to me for a necessary non-refundable deposit on puppies from breedings that have not yet taken place....
