Well Melinda, I’m sure glad you cleared all that up. Now let me see if I understand all that has transpired and all you have said about it.
First of all you send Robin a breeding quality puppy at the age of 4 months with only one testicle descended. (Any competent breeder knows that if a testicle has not descended by the age of 8 weeks it ain’t coming.)
When she passes the pup on to someone else three months later the new owner is alarmed by the pups apparently bad hips, and the parents of the pups are brought into the picture (why was Kobus bred in the first place).
According to the public record-and what you’ve just told us in these posts,

Kobus was appraised at the first appraisal. Scored 86.6 I believe.
He was x-rayed, got unacceptable hip scores and sold as a pet. Up to this point you're doing fine.
Sometime later you got Kobus back.
You had him appraised again. Where he now scored, what, 90.4? This is where you strayed off the path.
Why? He had already been appraised and registered. This action on your part demonstrates two of my charges against the SABT and their appraisal system. First, the goal of obtaining higher and higher appraisal scores is an end to its’ self and has nothing to do with breeding better dogs, and Second, of what value is their system if it grants high scores to dog with obviously deficient movement- as commented on by several casual spectators at the appraisal- and already proven to be dysplastic?
You then had him x-rayed again (you think hips improve with age?) where he once again got much worse than average hip scores. You made no mention in your post about having him x-rayed so his breeder in Africa could see his x-rays. When you said his hips were 2-2 why didn’t you just give his PH number so we Americans would have a reference we understand (at least partially) about how good, or bad, a dog’s hips are?
Then you bred him.
It is obvious to me that once you got Kobus back you decided to breed him and tried to use his higher appraisal score and new x-rays to justify it.
They are YOUR dogs and you can breed them if you want to (how many pups were in that litter and is the one-nutted pup the only one that came back?) but don’t try to pass yourself off as the concerned, ethical breeder. It is obvious that you are not.
