Good that you have found the correct posistion. Hopefully you have also fine peaked the antenna too.

The unknown PID is probably the PCR PID wich should be the same as the audio PID you enter. You should not enter the SID because that wont work. Everyting must be manually. You will find the audio PIDs on Lyngsat.

In the Nokia 9802 you probably need to use 8191
as Video PID or a value not used on the transponder. This works in Nokia 9600. If the receiver tries to find the PIDs automaticly you are lost...

A normal scan is worthless as it will only find rubbish.

You should use Advanced Search
http://nds1.nokia.com/home_products/files/users_guide/9802S_usersguide_en.pdf

Transponder frequency: Specify the frequency in GHz.
Polarization: Select Horizontal, Vertical, Circular left or right.
Symbol rate (MSym/s): Enter with the numeric buttons.
FEC: Enter the appropriate Forward Error Correction (FEC) or
select AUTO
PID Video: Probably 8191
PID Audio: Enter the PID for the audio signal.
PID PCR: Same as audio PID

When you store radios this way I'm not sure if its listed in the radio or TV list. The service name will be something the receiver generates and it would not say anyting that indicates its BBC.
