matt somehow seemed to abandon his apartment in the dwindling hours of christmas. lonely, of course. he had somewhat of a soleum expression on his masculine features as he made his way down the path. he wore a pair of faded blue jeans with a white button-down, collared shirt, along with a black blazer to pull it all off. it was cold, sure, but he didnt seem to mind. matt looked up from the ground as eyes caught a moving figurine in the near distance. he stopped his walk and briefly watched the woman glide across the ice. with his gloved hands stuffed in his jean pockets, he walked slowly down to the fence surrounding the ice. a gentle smile etched his features as he watched her silently, simply knowing she had no idea he was there. matt moved his foot to the lower board of the fence as he leaned on it, elbows against the highest board. he couldnt help but wonder why this beautiful individual was out here skating, all alone. nah, no one else was as lonely as him on christmas. couldnt be.
solid eyes examined her graciously, following her movements through and through.
