No love was lost as his hand gradually moved from hers, and that hand was pushed into her hoodie to clasp with her other -- both lying contentedly upon her abdomen as she crosses her legs and absently dangles a sandal from her toes. She looks at him, frowning a touch, "What does it matter?" She takes a deep breath, realizing that it'd been a little too sharp of an answer for right now, "Umm, my past is a touchy subject.. so, here's the reader's digest version.." Another deep breath is taken as her eyes wander to her swaying foot, her lips pursing a bit, "Uhh, I'm from here, originally -- I moved to Kentucky about two years ago to pursue my career -- and I'm back because my uncle died.. I have family here, I guess." She shrugs a bit, her eyes moving to his, obviously not an open book in the least.
