He grinned a little bit, reaching out to tug on a strand of her wayward, wind-whipped hair - her own smile was on the verge of inspirational, and lightened the heart immensely. "Well, I've been chasing my dog, actually." He held a hand up to shield his eyes as though he was looking for something in the dying remnants of dusk, and then shook his head. "He's got, like.. a five mile headstart on me though, so I doubt this is going to be very successful." He grinned again, breaking his sober face with the joke. "Nah, just prefer being out here as opposed to in the gym."

"You better get going then - gotta catch up!" She teased easily and winked - her woes forgotten for the moment.
