He sat on the sands at the waters edge, watching Rhea out with his daughter on the waves. The five year old was confident and talented, he could see it right off, and it worried him some. A frown crosses his tanned brow, his handsom features set lightly, he wasn't particularly worried about her out there, Rhea could handle them both, and it wasn't like she was very deep.

She made her way up the beach, Spike on a leash today - she'd exeuberantly accosted a little girl who had been frightened of the dog's friendly display, so now she was kept on a short leash, so to speak.. until she learned to behave herself. She stopped up, when she'd heard the noise - the truth was, she had been a bit disappointed when he hadn't been round when she'd gone in to order a board.. she could stop and talk to him, use the board for an excuse. A bit of a grin touched her features, and Spike, attention whore that she was, strained at the leash, remembering the man to have given her loads of attention before. "Hey.."
