Subject: She made her way up the beach, Spike on a leash today - she'd exeuberantly accosted a little girl who had been frightened of the dog's friendly display, so now she was kept on a short leash, so to speak.. until she learned to behave herself. Because of the whole ordeal, she'd loaded up her board and instead of surfing, she was now just jogging.
