I had a problem with my 01 but it only stalled when the bike was in gear. i fought with it for weeks then posted a question on the message board at gixxer.com. Someone advised me to trt replacing the throttle body sensor..PROBLEM SOLVED.. Try postin your question in the tech. board... good luck
