Author: Sarahsue--you might also try clearing your cache, also under the "tools", "internet options" on any browser window. Then, close and restart the browser and that can help.
Subject: Your cookies folder can easily be found. Double click "my computer", then double click on your hard drive (usually the C drive) and you should see a folder marked "cookies". When you open that up, there they all are. Click on them once and you can see what they are for or at least the site names. I delete anything I don't know what the heck it is. Or, you can get rid of them all under "tools" (on any browser window) and "internet options", the Privacy tab and you should see cookies in there somewhere plus the option to delete them all. I do that sometimes too.

[> Thank you judi and Sarahsue. I shall go cookie hunting tonight, and see if getting rid of them improves things. But I have to wonder why we need cookies in the first place. -- Cece, 17:53:50 04/17/07 Tue [1]
