With Iraq and Saddam Hussein I have not trust at all, nor do I have much trust for al Jazeera who does slant their news against the West and the US. I don't trust their propaganda machine. I do, however, trust the news outlets which have been broadcasting this war for the reporters are actually in the fight, not in some safe room outside of Iraq but right there where the action is. Nevertheless, you really don't seem to get it, Chris. There are going to be casualities. That is a fact. -- William, 15:44:40 03/23/03 Sun (cache-dq01.proxy.aol.com/205.188.209.133)

[> [> [> (part II) On the other hand this coalition has been doing an excellent job at minimizing Iraqi civilian causalities while focusing on the Saddam regime and his leadership and military targets. Saddam and his thugs, on the other hand, are positioning themselves among civilians using them as shields. All the Iraqi leadership has to do is surrender and step down and this war will be over. Why don't you tell Saddam and his henchmen to do so, Chris? Saddam and his regime have collectively abused, tortured, imprisoned, raped, and murdered millions of Iraqi men, women, children, and babies. -- William, 15:50:32 03/23/03 Sun (cache-dq01.proxy.aol.com/205.188.209.133)

[> [> [> (III) The dissolution of Hussein's regime will finally bring an end to that suffering and there will be many tens of thousands to millions of Iraqi men, women, children, and babies who will not be abused, starved, tortured, and murdered by this regime ever again. This war is right and just and long overdue. If there is anything wrong with this war aside from the fact that it should have been done long ago is the fact that there are people protesting against it and protesting against the US, G B, Bush and Blair, and anyone else who is helping to bring peace, prosperity, and freedom to Iraq. -- William, 15:57:51 03/23/03 Sun (cache-dq01.proxy.aol.com/205.188.209.133)

[> [> [> (IV) If there is anything wrong with this war it is that the French government, with Jacques Chirac, along with a few others like Russia, China, and Germany, are in bed with Saddam and have taken the wrong side in this. Had the world united as one against Saddam, this conflict could possibly be over a long time ago. Instead these people have helped prolong this problem and have condemned the Iraqi people to hell. Finally they will be freed from this hell. God Bless America and God Bless President Bush. -- William, 16:01:08 03/23/03 Sun (cache-dq01.proxy.aol.com/205.188.209.133)

[> [> [> (V) God Bless the Iraqi people. God help the poor, misguided anti-America protesters, and the misguided UN security council members who went back on their agreements such as resolution 1441 and who allowed Iraq to ignore all 17 UN resolutions. I have already seen the smiling faces of the Iraqis dancing in the streets and tearing down the larger than life photographs of Saddam Hussein after their towns have been liberated. There will be more dancing and celebration among the Iraqi people once their demonic, sadistic tormentors are removed and this weight is finally lifted from their chests. -- William, 16:06:15 03/23/03 Sun (cache-dq01.proxy.aol.com/205.188.209.133)

[> [> [> [> OK, show us pictures of the smiling faces of the Iraqi people dancing in the streets, and we'll all believe you. The only pictures I see, from any side, are dead and injured. -- Chris Henry, 23:51:35 03/23/03 Sun (cache10-2.ruh.isu.net.sa/212.138.47.29)

[> [> [> [> [> No, Chris! You open your eyes and look at them. They have been shown for days now and if you missed them then perhaps you will finally see them. If you have seen them and chose to ignore them, then to paraphrase Michael "Mr. Fiction as Fact" More "Shame on you, Chris! Shame on you!" -- William, 18:22:19 03/25/03 Tue (cache-rf05.proxy.aol.com/152.163.188.165)
