 And a vaild one. It's one of the arguments for sparing him I actually took to heart, but sparing him in the face of a possible threat seems to be caving to terrorisim. It's an old argument to not deal with terrorists, but it is a valid one. Now since you just called them hunger strikers Im assuming that all they did was hunger strike, and that's where I make the difference. Timothy McVeigh set that bomb, while I heave heard the legalites around it I have never heard it contested.
