I mean get to the source. It's liek the war on drugs, we pour millions and billions in even though we admit we get roughly 10% of the shipments. Now that money could be used far more effectively in treatment programs. So I completely agree that society needs those reforms. I'm just saying that help them as much as you can until they commit the act, but once they commit it then they must be held accountable. I do believe in rehabilitation for inmates and support that as well. i just see that many seem to want to put rehabilitation hand in hand with lessening of sentences. I could be misinterpreting.
