Is this going to be an extened show (eg will it be built on etc) I herd the 2nd half was based on the river queen thing they did at nationals and the river queen was beautiful!...anyone know who played that part.   • my photos turned out awful :-( The parent running my camera kindly offered to help in the box with the sound and lighting so my camera was left on a tripod so all I ended up with are lovely images of the powerpoint presentation on the back wall :-( I have emailed all my dancers families and asked for photos.   A matter of 3 weeks ago his parents found out that he had a tumor that requires chemotherapy.
  And although Ethans medical costs can be met, his Mum ,Emma, cannot go back to work as she has to take care of her boy for the foreseeable future.
  To help Ethan out- Family Friends( of which i am proud to say i'm one) in association with THE CLARE INN are running a funraising night on Saturday 22 November
  Its an evening of horse racing with all proceeds going to Ethan

  Just a note to let you all know that there will soon be a new dancing school in town! My name is Mary Beth Taylor; I've recently moved here to Wellington from Dublin, Ireland, where I was teaching Irish dancing for the last few years. I recently got engaged to a wonderful Kiwi guy and am really excited about settling down here in NZ. I was living here during the winter and met a few of you at the Capital City feis in July - I was really impressed with the standard of dancing I saw and the lovely atmosphere of dancers, teachers, and parents (and I won a raffle prize, which really made my day! :-)

  I noticed at nats a very distinctive between north and south island costumes. Auckland and hamiltown dancers seemed to have more of the velvet elegant siopa rince styles with softer skirts whilst christchurch had the very modern stiff multi panels with LOADS off rhinestones on them and very simple embrodiery..Did anyone else notice this??????
