I HAVE JUST LEARNED OF THE PASSING OF BIG JIM BROOKS. I JUST WOULD LIKE TO LET HIS FAMILY KNOW THAT HE WAS ONE OF THE MOST KINDEST SOULS THAT I HAVE RAN ACROSS AT THE RACE TRACK. I FEEL HE WOULD GIVE YOU THE SHIRT OFF HIS BACK IF HE THOUGHT YOU NEEDED IT. THE RACEING WORLD HAS JUST LOST ONE ITS BEST. FOR I AM SURE HE HAS MADE THE WORLD A RICHER AND BETTER PLACE. HE TOUCHED MANY LIVES, MORE THAN PROBADLY ANYONE KNOWS. BIG JIM I AM PROUD TO HAVE KNOWN YOU. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. YOU WILL REMAIN IN THE HEARTS OF MANY.

To Connie and family and the Frankie Taylor racing team , my heart goes out to all of you !! From the first time I met Big Jim several years ago , I liked him from the start .
He was always alot of fun to be around and always showed good sportsmanship to everyone . I am truely going to miss him and I am glad that I was given the chance to know him !!! I pray that the good Lord will guide you all through this terrible time and bring you happiness in the days to come . Kathy
