Subject: 3.80's possible 3.70's impossible

There was a message talikg about the possiblities of going 3.80's. When Bill Kuhlmann ran 6.00 on his run in 2000
his 1/8 mile times was 3.90. Peter Kapris from Austraila ran a 6.07 in Top Doorslammer action the second quickest doorslammer in history. Kapris' times in the 1/8 was a 3.94. The 3 second eighth times both on eighth miles and progressive quarter mile are still rare. I would say it is between `15-20 racers who have 3 second slip now and most of those are progressive times.

You're talking about 1/4 mile times on killer tracks we're talking 1/8 mile local tracks or any 1/8 mile track that runs 1/8 mile we're not talking fully preped National event tracks, Were gonna do it at Sealy, Kennedale or maybe Red Line if we ran the circut with our guys one of them would have already done it
