Subject: Hope you have a great weekend. I sure hope the kids let you get some rest with all you have to do. We are taking it easy this weekend. Our Gma is coming to visit. I think she is leaving Monday but I'm not sure. So, Do you and the kids celebrate Halloween? We celebrate as a family to make it a fun but not spooky or bad holiday. Some of us dress up and go out with the smaller ones trick or treating while others stay at the house and hand out candy. We always have the best house in the neighborhood since we always decorate and give out awesome goodies. In the year's past we had to make as many as 100-150 goody bags,and that was BEFORE we got involved with pageants,lol. Last year we handed out 4oz bags of cotton candy. By the time we could buy the stuff to make the goody bags we could buy something already packaged. Everyone always comes to our house but there have been times when we have run out. Word spreads quickly when people come by. People tell other people,etc.

We usually give the big size candy bars, so yes they love coming to our house too. LOL. We usually go to our Church's fall festival celebration too. Abriana is such a scardy-cat that anything remotely scary makes her upset.
