Dear Brent, I would like to add my condolences for your loss. I lost my Mother and twin brother within a short time of each other. I am glad you are reaching out...that is a good thing to do.

Give yourself time...to ponder and I believe God will give you the strength you need.

Watching the Waltons or doing what you did with the one you loss is a very hard thing to do that is for sure.

All I can say as an outsider....is your Mother must have been a good person to you...if you are missing her so....that speaks volumes!

Just think of those in life who are not missed? How we are to one another is really everything...isn't it!

Lastly, I am always amazed how beloved the Waltons are...
so many people find solace in the show...because they shared it with their families or they wished their families were like the Walton family. Earl Hamner...I am so glad he shared his gifts with the world.

May God Bless you always and especially at this difficult time.
