She got tired of John & the Kids!! LOL! Just kidding!

From what I remember she got chosen for a role on another TV show called "Nurses". but She did make some guest appearances later in Season 8 & 9 of the waltons. If this info isn't correct, I'm sure the other Waltons fans will chime in!
