If we limit it to prime time only here's 2 more that might fit. The Ed Sullivan Show ran from 1948-1971 and The Red Skelton Show from 1951-1971. That covers 5 administrations(Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon). If you include late night TV The Tonight Show (1954-present) covers 10 (Ike, JFK, LBJ, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, & Bush). You can make it 11 soon as I doubt that The Tonight Show will be off the air before the next inauguration.
