"The Real McCoys" - the first and second seasons are available on DVD. A sentimental sit-com that paved the way for the rural comedies that followed like "The Beverly Hillbillies" and "Petticoat Juction." The McCoy family even prayers together, something they'd never allow on today's sit-coms!
Other shows that I think are family friendly include:
"Family Affair" - I think all 5 seasons are available.
"Hazel"- 1st season only,
"F Troop" for pure silly comedy ( 2 seasons),
"Father Knows Best" - 1st season only,
"The Dick Van Dyke Show" - all 5 seasons,
"The Littlest Hobo" Volume 1 - very similar to "Lassie", only this show features a German Shepherd named London.

Those are the first shows that come to mind. I know there are many more.
