Oh no that's Rev Tom Marshall and his wife Doris played by Joanna Kerns from the show called Growing Pains. Rev Buchanan left in Season 7. Remember the episode called "The Yearning" is about Elizabeth had a crush on Rev Andy March a new minister which took over Rev Buchanan played by Peter Fox.

Kip Niven who played as Rev Tom Marshall in Season 9 called "The Beginning" but he started as a guest back in Season 7 called "The Pin-Up" as Lieutenant Clarke Oler
