I liked "Empty Nest" because of the warm and lovely tribute to Will Geer and to 'Grandpa'. It was so sad, but so beautiful too. "Day of Infamy" is a favorite. Not because it is a feel good episode, but because I think it probably portrayed that few days in American history very accurately. That particular scene took place in thousands of homes across the United States in the days following Pearl Harbor. The episode is intense, but extremely well done.
