Dissappointing performances from swimmers who were cheated?????? Please take your negativity and get lost......all you are doing is further rubbing salt into wounds.....that I'm not sure would be there without all this nonsense....or is it jealousy? Probably both....neither of which can be easy to live with and certainly don't help the youth....You say don't get too excited about the girls results....these girls dominated CARIFTA and have set more records....Bahamian and CARIFTA than any other Bahamian Girls team....and one female swimmer with ten individual golds and three relay medals.....has that ever been done before?.....but think its OK to keep focused on what you call disappointing results because of "cheating".....get a grip....
As for your other comments whoever you are perhaps you should turn your attention to Club level swimming.......surely the Coaches must be able to take something from these results......and see that the great individual and Team results came from hard and dedicated training.......these performances didn't just happen.....it takes God given ability, positive attitude, motivation, good coaching, supportive parents and more to accomplish what some of these swimmers accomplioshed. History was made at this CARIFTA by Bahamian swimmers......
we are all proud......you should be too!

The Carifta team did well…I applaud them. There is no
