I both agree and disagree -- I think "The Good Buck" is a great episode, as a Buck Strickland episode. (Buck is a great character and this episode examined his character and his relationship with Hank in greater detail.) But it's not much of a Luanne episode, considering that she's primarily used as a plot device (that is, someone for Buck to obsess over).

Another example of this is "Naked Ambition," which was on yesterday -- you'd think it would have something to do with Luanne and her reaction to the Bobby Incident, but in fact she's only a minor plot device in what turns into the 897th Bobby/Connie episode of that season. It was actually a good example of how the writers seemed to lose interest in Luanne in season 4 (which probably explains why she was moved out of the house so relatively early in the show's run).
