Subject: There are so few of us left we can probably gab ourselves silly over the month's time we'll have before the board closes. Talk fast! If there are still unexplored issues we could set up an email discussion group. I got my Amazon reminder, too. Can't wait.

  • The new book coming out November 27th will be called "Lord John and the Hand of Devils" It is a collection of 3 short stories. The first two have been released before as parts of Anthologies. Hellfire was also slipped into the back of the paperback version of Lord John and the Private Matter and had been available over the internet for a time as well. The first, Lord John and the Hellfire Club (London June-Aug 1757) where John investigates the murder of an almost Jamie look alike we hardly even got to know (sigh). Then there is Lord John and the Succubus, mostly set in Germany (October 1757) , a little more Stephan for those of us who are crazy for him (OK, maybe only me;-). The only new NEW story for most of us Lord John and the Haunted Soldier that one will mostly be set in London (shortly after BOB ended) and in it Lord John comes up on trial for he part in the cannon explosion in Germany the spring before.
