I did it last June and didn't have any problems, but I wasn't on birth control pills at the time. I was still allowed to drink plenty of fluids and as much water as I wanted. And for the record, I'm not doing it to lose weight or burn fat (I fasted for 10 days last time and maintained my weight). This is about flushing toxins out of my body. And I know birth control pills are mostly hormones, but my body sure does treat them like toxins. They really seem to screw up my system. Everytime I've started a new kind, the doc has been like, "Give your body a couple months to adjust to them..." and three or four months later I'm still crying over love songs and flipping out over the smallest things. And I'm never like that on a normal basis. Granted, these pills might be different, but it just sucks that they could affect my fast, which is something I've been planning to do for several months now. I know you guys don't have all the answers, but I really do appreciate your feedback and concern.
